This menu begins with the title Home Flavor, meaning "家乡味道" in Chinese. It is divided into several sections.
The first section is Appetizers. It includes: number one, Pork Egg Roll; number two, Spring Vegetable Roll for two; number three, Krab Rangoon, six pieces served with sweet and sour sauce on the side; number four, Steamed or Fried Pork Dumpling, six pieces; number five, Zucchini Wonton, ten pieces; and number six, Cucumber Salad.
The second section is Soup. It includes: number seven, Egg Drop Soup; number eight, Wonton Soup; number nine, Wonton Egg Drop Soup; and number ten, Hot and Sour Soup.
The third section is Fried Rice. It includes: number eleven, Egg Fried Rice; number twelve, Vegetable Fried Rice; number thirteen, Chicken Fried Rice; number fourteen, Beef Fried Rice; number fifteen, Shrimp Fried Rice; number sixteen, House Special Fried Rice; and number seventeen, Yang Chow Fried Rice.
The fourth section is Lo Mein. It includes: number eighteen, Plain Lo Mein; number nineteen, Vegetable Lo Mein; number twenty, Chicken Lo Mein; number twenty-one, Beef Lo Mein; number twenty-two, Shrimp Lo Mein; and number twenty-three, House Special Lo Mein.
The fifth section is Chicken. The seventh section is Seafood. The eighth section is Side Order. It includes white rice, can soda, and crispy noodle in a bag. There is also a note saying Hot and Spicy.

This is the Chef's Special menu section. It includes twenty-four dishes, each served with white rice. Dishes are numbered from S1 to S24. The first dish is Kung Pao Chicken, made with diced dark meat chicken, onion, and peanuts. S2 is Cumin Beef with onion and pepper. S3 is Beef with Hot Pepper. S4 is Braised Pork Ribs. S5 is Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes. S6 is Cumin Pork Ribs, described as pork ribs with cumin, aromatic and tasty. S7 is Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs. S8 is Sichuan Dry-Fried Green Beans. S9 is Stir-Fried Cabbage. S10 is Braised Pork Eggplant. S11 is Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, described as eggplant in a sour, sweet, and spicy sauce. S12 is Three Fresh Vegetables, a stir-fry of potato, eggplant, and pepper. S13 is Mapo Tofu. S14 is Minced Pork Tofu, which is tofu with minced pork. S15 is Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp. S16 is Pork in Garlic Sauce. S17 is Pork Beijing Style. S18 is Double Cooked Pork Belly, made with pork belly, onion, and jalapeño. S19 is Home Style Tofu, made with fried tofu, pork, onion, and jalapeño. S20 is Mala Shrimp, made with shrimp, jalapeño, tomato, and onion. S21 is Mala Pot, which includes chicken, beef, shrimp, tomato, broccoli, and onion. S22 is Beef in Hoisin Sauce with onion and pepper. S23 is Chicken in Hoisin Sauce with chicken, onion, and pepper. S24 is Shrimp in Hoisin Sauce with shrimp and onion.
